Why rope access makes a difference
- No scaffolding bill. On most repairs, scaffolding costs more than the fix. Working on ropes removes that line from the quote entirely.

Common questions
My ceiling is staining but I cannot see any damage on the roof. Can you still find it?
Usually, yes. Water travels along framing and under coverings before it appears inside, so the visible damage is rarely above the stain. We inspect the roof, flashings and penetrations to trace the actual entry point rather than guessing.
Do I need scaffolding for a roof repair?
For most repairs, no. We work on rope access, which is what lets us skip the scaffold on the majority of jobs. Where scaffolding genuinely is the safest option, we will tell you rather than working around it.
How quickly can you get to an active leak?

Do you repair butynol roofs?
Yes — splits, failed seams, blistering and worn detailing on butynol and torch-on membrane, along with full re-lays where a repair is not the right call.
